Help

Everything about setting up and running Ryviu Try-On.

Getting started

  1. In the app, open Products and add the products shoppers can try on.
  2. Turn on the app embed: Home → Turn on in theme, then select Save in the theme editor. The Try it on button appears under Add to cart on those products.
  3. Run a test try-on from Home to see what shoppers get. Tests are free.

Products

Add products one by one or every product in a collection. For each one, check the category (it tells the AI where the item goes) and pick the image the AI uses: a flat-lay, ghost-mannequin or plain-background shot works best. Switch try-on off for a product at any time.

Models and looks

Upload up to six model photos: one person, facing the camera, full body for clothes. Shoppers who would rather not upload a selfie can pick a model. Generate looks renders each product on each model ahead of time, so those try-ons appear instantly. Shoppers' try-ons on a model are free and unlimited; each plan sets how many looks you can keep (10 on Free, 100 on Starter, 400 on Growth, 2,000 on Pro).

Appearance

Change the button text, colours, style (filled or outline), position (under Add to cart or floating in the corner), the try-on window language, and add your own consent text. The preview updates as you edit. To place the button yourself, add the Try-On button block to the product template in the theme editor.

Analytics

Try-ons, how often the window is opened, add-to-cart rate from a try-on result, and the median wait. Your own tests and generated looks are left out.

Plans and billing

Plans count try-ons on shoppers' own photos per calendar month (UTC). On Free, those stop for the rest of the month when the allowance is used, while model try-ons keep working.

Paid plans continue at $0.06 per try-on beyond the plan, up to a monthly cap you set. Billing goes through your Shopify invoice; change or cancel any time.

To keep your allowance for real shoppers, one shopper can make up to 30 try-ons a day (lower it on the Plans page), a burst of requests is slowed down, and sending the same photo again for the same product shows the earlier result without counting a new try-on.

Privacy

Shoppers' photos and results are deleted within 24 hours and never shown to the store. See the privacy policy.
